Berland was chief financial officer at DNA Sciences and has been a consultant to biotechnology companies. Loewy has more than 11 years of senior management experience in equity research at Wall Street firms, most recently as executive director of biotechnology equity research at Morgan Stanley. NeoRx is a cancer therapeutics development company.
