Eight Puget Sound area public relations professionals were selected to lead the local chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. Next year's officers are: Caroline Bombar-Kaplan, Bombar Public Relations; Erika Schmidt, The Frause Group; David Blandford, Seattle's Convention & Visitor's Bureau; Erik Elvejord, Holland America Line; Adam Bashaw, United Way of King County; Megan Behrbaum, Publicis Dialog; Patricia C. Graesser, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; Janelle Guthrie, Washington State Senate; Richard H. Kendall, The Frause Group; Karin Munger, Symetra Financial; Chris Phillips, Russell Investment Group; Amber Ukena, Owen Media; Candy Young, Synchro Creative Communications. Delegates to the national organization include: Bruce Amundson, Weyerhaeuser Co.; Davina Gruenstein, Publicis Dialog; Cathy Hinrichson, C&C Communications; Randy Hurlow, REI; and John Kvasnosky, Boeing Co. The Puget Sound chapter has nearly 400 members in western Washington.
