An online ad campaign by the Northwest firm WhiteRunkle Advertising won the Best Online Media Ad for 2004 from among 2,500 entries at an awards ceremony in New York recently held by Eyeblaster, a company that works on online media ad technology. Other finalists in the competition were designers for ads such as Purina, Smirnoff, "Kill Bill" and XBox "Counter Strike." The WhiteRunkle's entry was part of a campaign by National Geographic. WhiteRunkle has 60 people in Seattle and Spokane offices.
