Seattle-based NetReflector named Lee Andrews chief financial officer. Andrews is a partner in the Seattle office of the professional services firm Tatum Partners, where she works on interim management and strategic planning. NetReflector provides customer satisfaction measuring solutions for global corporations. It also has offices in Newbury, U.K., and Moscow.
