The Cellar Bistro

Ken Slack and Yvonne Ingalls recently opened an Italian restaurant, The Cellar Bistro, at 2355 10th Ave. E. in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. Slack was a chef at Chandler's, Cutter's and Metropolitan Grill.
