Univera

Lacey-based Univera hired Thomas J. Hoolihan as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Hoolihan will lead the legal efforts of Univera, Unigen Pharmaceuticals, Aloecorp and Oasis LifeSciences. He will advise senior management on regulatory matters and transactions and also oversee the intellectual property portfolio. Hoolihan has been in corporate law for 20 years. Unigen Pharmaceuticals is a natural products research and development company.
