Premera

Peter Rowe has joined Premera Blue Cross as vice president of corporate communications. Rowe will oversee media relations and member, provider and associate communications. He was director of financial communications for AT&T Wireless. Premera Blue Cross is a member of a family of companies based in Mountlake Terrace that provide health insurance.
