Starbucks Coffee Co.

Starbucks Coffee Co. promoted Dorothy Kim to executive vice president of supply chain and coffee operations. Kim was senior vice president of global logistics and procurement.

Kim succeeds E.R. (Ted) Garcia, who is retiring after 10 years. Kim will work on global strategic business management. Kim was general manager at Yun's Co., a Seattle-area general contractor.
