Liberty Financial Group

Bellevue's Liberty Financial Group promoted Jason Oelrich to president and managing director. He oversaw accounting, information technology and mortgage banking operations and will take over responsibilities of former president Barry Horn.

Horn remains chairman and chief executive officer and will focus on new business development. Oelrich also founded Virtual CFO Solutions, which works with small and medium-sized companies to outsource accounting and financing operations.
