Northstar Neuroscience

Seattle's Northstar Neuroscience named Nawzer Mehta vice president of clinical affairs and promoted Brad Gliner to vice president of research. Northstar develops medical devices to treat neurological disorders. Mehta was director of clinical research for Medtronic Vascular in Santa Rosa, Calif. Gliner was a co-founder of Heartstream, a developer and manufacturer of automatic external defibrillators.
