Scolr Pharma
Bellevue's Scolr Pharma appointed Alan M. Mitchel senior vice president of business and legal affairs, and chief legal officer. Mitchel was the company's outside legal counsel at Seattle law firms Gray Cary and Garvey Schubert Barer. Scolr Pharma is a biopharmaceutical company.
