Kent-based communications company Integra Telecom appointed: Mark Blosch senior vice president; David Peterson vice president sales; Jason Koenders vice president of operations; and Dan Stoll vice president of customer operations. Blosch will supervise customer service, sales and installation groups in Washington. Peterson will oversee Integra's Washington sales teams. Koenders will lead technical operations and engineering for Washington customers. Stoll established the company's Utah organization. Integra employs 65 and says it plans to increase staff by a quarter this year.
