Foster Pepper & Shefelman named the following as members: Todd C. Hayes, James P. McNeill III, David S. Snyder and John P. "Jack" Zahner. Hayes was an associate and represents property owners, developers and contractors in insurance coverage litigation. McNeill works in the municipal and public finance practice group. Snyder was an associate in the litigation practice group. Zahner focuses on insurance issues. Foster Pepper & Shefelman has offices in Seattle, Portland, Anchorage and Spokane.
