Seattle's Electronic Evidence Discovery appointed three executives: Martin Schwarz as chief operating officer, Kate O'Brien as vice president of the western region and Doug Herman as vice president of the eastern region. Schwarz was general manager of the broadband and services at RealNetworks. O'Brien was chief operating officer of DolphinSearch had has 20 years of business development experience. Herman managed EED's New York-based project management team.
