Horizon Bank
Paul Hurn was recently hired as assistant vice president and retail office manager for Horizon Bank's new branch in Marysville. Hurn has 16 years' experience in banking and mortgage lending, and will manage operations. Horizon is headquartered in Bellingham and has operations in Whatcom, Skagit and Snohomish counties.
