Carl R. Hogan was recently elected president of the Western Washington Fair Association. Hogan will oversee events at the Puyallup Fairgrounds throughout the year including the completion of an exhibition center. Other elected officers include vice president Denny Elvins, secretary David Campbell, treasurer Paul Anderson and manager Kent R. Hojem.
