Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle

Former Seattle Mayor Norman B. Rice will retire as president and chief executive officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle on March 15. David Bley, executive vice president and director of products and services, will be in charge until an interim chief executive officer is named. Rice was president and CEO for six years. The Federal Home Loan Bank provides funding and other financial services that allow 370 financial institution members to make housing and business loans at competitive rates.
