Loudeye

Seattle digital media company Loudeye Corp. promoted Charles Grimsdale to global chief strategy officer, Ed Averdieck to general manager of European operations and Tiff Pike to chief operating officer of European operations. Grimsdale was chief executive officer of On Demand Distribution, which Loudeye acquired last year. Averdieck was European sales and marketing director of Castle Music. Pike was a finance director at Internet portal Net4Most.
