Small Business Development Centers

Brett Rogers was named director of Washington State University's network of Small Business Development Centers. Rogers is an economic developer who directed business expansion for the Columbia River Economic Development Council. Rogers replaces Carolyn Clark, a faculty member in economics at WSU who retired this month. The centers provide free counseling and low-cost training for business owners.
