Asia Pay

Seattle and Beijing-based Asia Payment Systems appointed Ian Jones general manager of business development. Asia Pay is developing a credit card processing network that offers clearing services to merchants, oil companies, and financial institutions in Asia. The company plans to expand operations in China, where every year there are 60 million new credit cards in circulation.
