Providence ElderPlace

Providence ElderPlace has moved into a new facility in the new Rainier Vista housing development in South Seattle. ElderPlace Executive Director Ellen Garcia said the facility now can serve 70 people a day, providing health care and social services. The 77-unit Providence Gamelin House occupies the upper three floors of the new four-story building where ElderPlace is located. Units are available to residents over 62 with incomes below $27,250 for a one-person household or below $31,150 for a two-person household.
