Seattle Bank
Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle's board of directors named James E. Gilleran president and chief executive officer of the Seattle Bank. Gilleran was chief executive officer of the Bank of San Francisco and replaces James R. Faulstich, who was interim president and CEO.
