Pacific Crest Savings Bank

Lynnwood-based Pacific Crest Savings Bank has opened a home loan center in Mount Vernon at 1615 Buck Way. Pete Edgecomb will oversee three loan officers and two support staff. Edgecomb worked for Pacific Crest when its name was Phoenix Savings Bank. He opened a CTX Mortgage office in Mount Vernon.
