Russell Investment Group
Tacoma's Russell Investment Group appointed David Rothenberg director of business growth and development. Rothenberg will provide strategic direction and work on helping clients get better net investment returns. He was U.S. head of Nomura Securities International. Russell provides investment products and services in 39 countries.
