Russell Investment Group

Tacoma-based Russell Investment Group appointed Jay Slusher to its U.S. Distribution retirement services group. He will be regional sales director for the 12-state central region. Slusher was with JP Morgan Retirement Plan Services. Russell Investment Group provides investment products and services in more than 39 countries
