Goodwin is in the real estate practice group and focuses on condominium and homeowner association law. Karassik also works on real estate and was an associate at Gardner, Carton & Douglas in Chicago. De Bakker was an associate with Graham & Dunn PC in Seattle and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital investments.
