Umpqua Bank

Roseburg, Ore.-headquartered Umpqua Bank, a subsidiary of Umpqua Holdings Corp., promoted senior vice presidents Lani Hayward and Barbara Baker to executive vice presidents. Hayward will lead marketing efforts and Baker will work on training and administer benefits. Each bank department will be incorporated under new names to better align with Umpqua Bank's corporate vision and culture.
