The Sorrento Hotel appointed Lisa Balzotti catering sales manager and Shawn Bounds corporate sales manager. Balzotti was the food and beverage coordinator at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain, a boutique resort in Paradise Valley, Ariz. Bounds was catering sales manager at the Edgewater Hotel.
