Umpqua Bank

Roseburg, Ore.-based Umpqua Bank, a subsidiary of Umpqua Holdings Corp., promoted Kellie England to senior vice president. England will oversee growth and development of Umpqua's California Capital Valley region. The bank also named Kathleen C. Lewis a senior vice president. Lewis will manage investments for clients of Umpqua Bank and its affiliate, Strand Atkinson Williams & York.
