Kennewick-based Infinia Corp., formerly Stirling Technology Co., named Songgang Qiu vice president of research and development. Qiu was director of engineering, a position now filled by Terry L. Smith. Peter Brehm was promoted to vice president of strategic development and government programs. Craig Hosking was promoted to program manager of Infinia's space radioisotope generator program. The company's power systems range from home coolers to power supplies for space exploration vehicles.
