U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Col. Gregg F. Martin recently assumed command of the Northwestern Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Outgoing commander Brig. Gen. William T. Grisoli will be commander and division engineer of the corps' North Atlantic Division in New York City. Martin will be based in Portland and direct nearly $1.8 billion in civil, military and environmental programs in 14 states, including work at the Missouri and Columbia River basins. He was deputy director of operations for the U.S. Army Europe in Heidelberg, Germany, and also commanded an engineering brigade in Iraq.
