Prepared Response appointed Andrew Gustafson vice president of finance and administration. He was vice president of finance for Capital Stream, a software vendor for banks, and also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Medisystems. Prepared Response develops crisis management planning and response systems for police, fire and other emergency responders.
