Edelman

Tim Zenk, former campaign chairman for Gov. Christine Gregoire, has joined Edelman as senior vice president of its public affairs practice. Zenk has 25 years of experience in corporate communications and marketing. Edelman also promoted to vice presidents Roger van Oosten, Heidi Hutchinson and Scarlett Foster-Moss. Van Oosten will continue to direct national public affairs programs. Hutchinson will work in consumer practice and Foster-Moss will work on community relations campaigns.
