Port of Kalama

The Port of Kalama Commissioners named Brad Hoggatt interim Port Commissioner. Hoggatt owned and managed businesses including J&B Towing and Kalama Auto Supply and Repair. He replaces Commissioner Milford Westin, who resigned after 27 years because he was moving, according to a spokesperson at the port.
