Melodeo

Seattle-based Melodeo named Jim Billmaier chief executive officer. Billmaier was CEO of the digital home entertainment company Digeo. Bob Wise is senior vice president of engineering. He will oversee product development and operations. Co-founders Bill Valenti and Ed Flinchem held these positions, but Valenti will now focus on expanding business to new markets and Flinchem will work on designing new products. Melodeo's software is used to find and acquire ring tones, video and games.
