The Port of Tacoma recently named Louis P. Cooper Jr. director of maintenance for its facilities, cranes, straddle carriers and mobile equipment. Cooper was Tacoma Housing Authority's Director of Housing Operations and Property Management, where he oversaw leasing, property management and maintenance.
