Garvey Schubert Barer

Garvey Schubert Barer added Paul J. Kelly, Jr. , to its Portland office as of counsel. Kelly was global director of public affairs for Nike when he retired earlier this year. He spent 17 years with Nike as general counsel for the company's European, Middle Eastern and North African regions. He will now focus on international law, government relations and public policy.
