Washington Coalition

Former Washington State Supreme Court Chief Justice James A. Andersen recently was picked to receive Washington Coalition for Open Government's first James Madison Award. The award goes to someone who has shown appreciation and respect for open government and the First Amendment. Andersen was one of the coalition's founding board members and has chaired its law committee.
