Redmond-based Overlake Terrace, an assisted living and care center, named Soher Bishai executive director. Bishai has more than 13 years of experience in assisted living and memory care administration. In 1984, she was the first female pediatrician to open a private clinic in Dubai. She moved to Seattle in 1990, when she opted not to redo medical school and instead began working in administration
