Bank of Everett

Mike Deller is leading an effort to create a community bank, the Bank of Everett, which would open in 2006. Tom Giovanelli, president of the Northwest region of Capitol Bancorp., is helping Deller. Deller was chief operating officer for seven years at EverTrust Bank, which recently merged with Key Bank. Capitol Bancorp develops community banks. Its executive offices are in Phoenix and Lansing, Mich.
