Moss Adams
The Seattle-based accounting and consulting firm Moss Adams says it will buy Albuquerque, N.M.-based Neff+Ricci in January 2006. Neff+Ricci provides business assurance, tax and consulting services for public, private and government clients. Wayne Brown is Neff+Ricci's managing partner.
