Foster Pepper & Shefelman of Seattle added Taudd A. Hume to its Spokane office. Hume is an associate in the litigation practice, and focuses on land use planning and environmental law. Christopher S. Napier joined the Seattle office as an associate in the real estate practice. Napier was an associate with Preston Gates & Ellis in Seattle. New associates in Seattle are Kelly M. Angell, Mark S.
