Tom Douglas Restaurants

This week Seattle chef and restaurateur Tom Douglas won a television competition called Iron Chef America, sponsored by The Food Network. In his first appearance, Douglas beat Masaharu Morimoto, who has won the Iron Chef competition almost 70 times. Douglas' kitchen helpers were Eric Tanaka, executive chef for Tom Douglas Restaurants, and Mark Fuller, chef of Douglas' Dahlia Lounge.
