Tidewater Holdings

The management team of Tidewater Holdings, a Vancouver-based transportation company, has purchased the company from an investor group led by an affiliate of Sterling Investment Partners of Westport, Conn. The purchase was done in partnership with Pacific Northwest-based Endeavour Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Tidewater President Dennis McVicker said headquarters will remain in Vancouver. Tidewater has more than 250 employees in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. It also owns Sundial Marine, a marine construction and repair company located in Troutdale, Ore.
