Washington State Liquor Control Board
The Washington State Liquor Control Board named Pat Parmer, director of Florida's Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, to lead the agency's Division of Enforcement and Education. Parmer will begin his new role as the agency's chief of enforcement Feb. 13.
