FCS Group, a Redmond-based consulting firm offering financial and management services to municipalities and public entities, named Peter Moy and Karyn Johnson principals. Moy's focus is public finance, program evaluation, performance audits and policy analysis. He was a management consultant and was a chief financial advisor to the Seattle City Council. Johnson specializes in financial studies. She was with Black and Veatch Corp.
