Shawna Lawrence recently joined Berger/ABAM's Federal Way office as a civil engineer in public works and transportation group. Lawrence has six years of experience in transportation, including three years with the California Department of Transportation. Michael Siebert joined as a civil engineer. Siebert has five years of engineering experience in the U.S. Air Force.
