BD&A, a national merchandise agency based in Woodinville, has appointed Jackie Brown and Tom Hickey as directors of sales. They will manage several corporate sales partner account teams. Brown worked at Corporate Express. Hickey spent 14 years at startup companies in the telecom and technology sectors.
