Big Fish Games, a Seattle-based developer and distributor of casual games, has hired Jeremy Lewis as president and chief operating officer. Lewis worked for Goldman Sachs, a global investment banking, securities and investment management firm, for 14 years in several operating, technology and business leadership positions.
