IronStone Bank
IronStone Bank has named John Keller as regional executive for northern California, Oregon, Washington and Colorado. He is based in the bank's Folsom, Calif., branch. IronStone is a subsidiary of Raleigh, N.C.-based First Citizens BancShares.
